There are many parking options near the Ross School, including structures for U-M staff with Blue or Gold permits, city structures for visitors, and on-street metered parking.
Parking on the U-M campus can be limited, so we recommend arriving early in the morning to ensure a smooth start to your day.
Permit Parking:
- Hill St. Structure S8 - Right next to Ross. You’ll need a Blue or Gold permit. NOTE: First come, first served, and remember that Ross employees will be parking there in the morning. The entrance is on Hill St.
- Ford School S5 Lot - A Blue or Gold permit is needed here. The entrance is on Oakland St.
- Church St. Structure E8 - A few blocks from Ross. Blue or Gold permit. The entrance is on Church St.
- Thompson St. Structure W3 - A few blocks from Ross. Blue or Gold permit. The entrances are on Thompson St and S. Divison St.
Public Parking
- Forest St. City Public Parking and Blue Lot - The closest public lot. About three blocks from Ross Entrance on Forest St.
- Maynard St. City Public Parking Lot - Furthest from Ross, located in the State Street area. Entrances on Maynard St. and Thompson St.
Metered Parking
- Metered parking is available in four-hour increments all around Ross, so please plan to refill your meter during the scheduled breaks, or use the ePark Ann Arbor app.
